SWPPD customers, this is your online link to pay your bill. This Customer Service Portal allows you to manage your account, make a payment, and view your billing and payment history. If you have never used our payment portal it is easy to get started. All you have to do is click New User at the bottom of the Customer Service Portal page and follow the prompts to sign-up. Texting and Emailing Alerts and Reminders
Our billing software now has the capability to send email and/or texting reminders to our customers regarding:
- Upcoming Payment Due Dates (up to 10 days in advance)
- Delinquent Accounts
- NSF Check Notices
- Payment Confirmations
These notifications are courtesy reminders only and would not serve as an official notice in the event it becomes necessary for disconnection. Billing statements and delinquent notices would continue to be sent and would serve in the same official capacity regarding notification of account status.

The Consumer Accounts department reported that SWPPD refunded $60,917 in horsepower credits to irrigators for 2016. To qualify for $1 hp credit on each of your irrigation wells, simply have your account paid in full by the 10th of each month. In November, credits are issued to each account. So CONGRATULATIONS to those who kept their bills current!
A great way to make sure your electric bill is always paid by the 10th of the month is to sign-up for ACH, the automatic payment method. This will ensure you receive your $1 hp credit at the end of the year. It's simple, just call our office today or go to the Customer Service Portal above to sign-up.
