Pay Online/Rates

We realize that our customers are busy and may not have time to call or stop by our office with questions or even to pay their bill. For that reason, we now offer many of our services online for your convenience. Our mission is to provide safe, low cost, reliable energy and other service to meet our customers' needs now and in the future.

Power Outage

SWPPD's goal is to keep you informed in the event of a major storm that impacts your electrical service. Outages cannot always be prevented. Storms, high wind, lightning, tree contact, contact by animals and vehicle accidents are some of the most common causes. Widespread outages caused by wind and ice storms take time to repair. Rest assured that our personnel will report to work any time of the day or night if the outage conditions require it. When our area is experiencing power outages, stay informed through our Facebook and Twitter pages.
